It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify the licensing, insurance, and qualifications of the referred contractor prior to hiring them.

In no event shall CoreMendix, its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from either your access or failure to access the local providers recommended through our website.
